Agreed upon procedures with the client with attention to specific focus on pain areas of the business. Areas include Mystery shopping, physical verification of inventory, Specific areas of verification.

Internal Audits, Gap analysis, Policies and Procedures Manuals:

Review the identified processes/ functions of the company and to update or create a tailor-made policy and procedures manual for these process/ functions. Preparation of an “AS-IS” process document, review the process for existing gaps and deliver the final policies and procedures manual.

Valuations:

Assistance in preparation of a financial model based on historical financial performance and management’s business strategy for the future. Business valuation shall be carried out by using appropriate valuation methodologies with sensitivity analysis for key assumptions.
